I am 15 and need help with a truck?

My dad just bought me a 99' chevy silveradoe. The fender wells are all rusted out. What do you think i should do with it.

spell Silverado correctly to begin with

replace the rusted parts, get a drivers liscence, drive it

just drive it the way it is.  it is not worth the time money and effort to replace them.  

or  you could just replace them just depends on what you want to do
