  1. No problem: 3 years we can have you making real mistakes

  2. With parental approval you can join at 17, otherwise the age is 18.

You must also be a high school graduate (very few exceptions to that)

How fast you go overseas depends on your job. You can probably get an overseas assignment in your contract at enlistment but your choice of jobs is going to be limited by what is needed at the overseas location.

  3. Some guys from the army cadets came to my school and explained all of that so I'll give you some tips.

You can join the army since 12 years old and you finish when you turn 17 but don't worry, you can still sign in.You can go to the website to see which location is closest to you and sign up!

       Here is the website: www.cadets.ca

            Hope you have fun!!!

P.S: once in the website check if I'm right about the last year in cadets; I know that I'm right but just in case. ;)  (I know that I'm riiight!!!)

  4. I think you can get special permission at 17 and you will need your parents approval, but other than that, the military will not take you at 15

  5. Sixteen and you can join the DEP. With parental consent and you must get good grades. Between 11th and 12th grade, you will attend basic training. Over the coarse of your senior year, you will attend weekend drills with your local National Guard unit. After you graduate, you will be sent to AIT for your "job training". When you graduate AIT you will be allowed to fill out a "dream sheet" and apply to be stationed wherever you want overseas. One out of three is almost certain. I recommend Germany.

Good luck. Slow down and enjoy life. You dont know whatcha got until it's gone!

  6. let me tell you this. I was in the same spot as you just wanting to get outa here.

    17 with parental consent

    18 otherwise

The Military is not for everyone, think about it for 3 years. I've been doing it and still can't decide. I'm not saying you won't like the Military I'm just saying they don't need the people who don't want to be there so think long and hard about it and make sure your not jumping into the complete unknown

  7. You could lie about your age..plenty of people have done it.

  8. hey for the us army you MUST be 17 or older and graduate high school. you also have to complete basic training. join the us army maybe you will be under my command boy you better be disciplined ha ha I'm just joking I'm gonna be returning in about a year so you wont deal with me. but understand this you might get shot and trust me it SUCKS! good luck.
