same hereeee with the birthdayy thing. I was thinking of doing a flash back theme like to the forties.

i love the carnival idea,

if your on a budget you could have it outside in a park/field sorta place and you could rent a tent thing and set up tables and chairs under it. then for food have popcorn and cotton candy and you could just make a wooden stand so it could look like a food stand from a carnival. have lots of balloons and streamers. and go to party city and see what carnival things they have. you could also rent a clown which i don't think would be too expensive. hope i helped! and have fun.
