Yep, as long as you have a SIN.  I got a job there at 14 in Ontario.

To be honest, I'd recommend that you don't work there.  It was terrible.

Yes, you should be able to.  You need a Social Insurance Number to work, and you need to be over 13 to get one, and you're over 13, so there shouldn't be any problem.  Just go and ask them for an application.  I know lots of people who worked at fast food places when they were your age.

You need a social insurance number (SIN).  If you don't have one, go to Service Canada, it is on 22nd and 1st, across the street from the Bay and the new Credit Union (Affinity???).  Go up the steps and there you are!
