  1. I really doubt you can become good at football quickly. You have to practise for a while to be constantly good. You also need experience, playing a match isn't as simple as it sounds, you need to know where to run where to pass etc.

    good luck =]

  2. Get fit.

Do a run every day, swim, gym etc.......exercise.

    Fitness improves your overall abilities.

Then practise ball handling with a friend every afternoon.

  3. watch tv [footbal match],practice n give fitness test once in a week.

  4. no easy fix....get very, very healthy and exercise to get bulky muscle and then practice, practice, and practice.

  5. Depends on the skills. But sometimes people just aren't born with the gift to play football. most skills can be taught, some can't.

  6. You have to practice every waking moment...except for school & homework... As you are in bed to go to sleep think about the angles of kicking the ball similar to playing pool.. think as your foot is the que. At daylight go and practice what you analized & thought about the night before. Do lots of running to strenghten you legs.Contact your favoutite player & write to him asking for some tips. work on eye cordination & WATCH THE BALL when thrown to you. Then on the other hand some people are just not born to play sport. At 15 you are a little too old to be a brilliant player. About 4-5 yo is when you start  I wish all the best in getting to your goal....

  7. Practice

  8. If you want to play football, just hang in there.  Like anything else you do in life, some things take a while to be able to do well.  Some things you just catch on naturally.

Start by telling yourself how hard you are working, change your attitude about your skills, tell yourself what you are doing right.  Don't let negative thoughts creep in.  One thing sports teaches you is confidence.  Start there and everything will fall in place.

At least you are out there competing, not sitting on the sidelines watching life.  It would suck a few years from now for you to wish you would have done this or that . . . you are doing it . . .

Practice helps a lot.  In high school, I played Tight End, an average player.  On one play I popped the biggest guy on our team (he was 6'8") and the coach noticed.  I still remember how proud I was of the hit . . .

    Best of Luck . . . hit one for me . . .

  9. Remember it takes time you are not going to improve overnight. That's why old people always say Rome was not built in a day. Just lift weights run and think of some practice drills you did in practice and run them your self. If you can this summer go to a football camp . Or find some other young boys that want to improve and push each other and practice and play . Good Luck!

  10. get fit and become aboriginal

  11. Look to sign up for a football clinic or two this summer. Also, learn proper technique for whatever position you've been playing.

I've coached for over ten years, and feel its safe to say that if you work on proper technique then it's half the battle. The other half comes with simply getting expierience.

    What position do you play?

  12. Why don't you see about becoming the next guest on Dr. Phil and ask him
