I am 15 years old and i wet the bed?

I've been to the doctors loads of times and i used to go to this clinic every week when i was about 9 but it wasn't working. I had the starcharts and the tablets and the moisture sensor attached to an alarm but i just slept through it.

the thing is i am perfectly healthy- i've had all the tests. and i've never been sexually abused

i don't do it every night. i can go days without it then i do it ever day for a week.

if i don't drink anything 5 hours before i go to bed i'm almost always fine. but obviously thats not very practical.

help!

  1. Try setting an alarm clock set one for 3 hours after you go to bed and another for 6 hours after you go to bed. When they go off, get up and go pee. Good luck.


  2. well its the way your body holds the water sometimes in the night it will decide that it cant hold the Pee anymore and it will go there is no case for this except surgery my grandma had the same thing she is perfectlly active and everything

  4. My best friend of 13 still wets the bed and he is healthy. I think you are normal as anyone. I believe it'll stop soon but you know if nothing else. I agree with the first answered girl. Good Luck!

    if that doesn't work, get diapers

    set an alarm for every 2-3 hours

    don't drink water before you sleep

    pee right before you sleep

    sometimes it's hereditary, so health doesn't have anything to do with it sometimes.  

  8. My friend had the same problem and she found out something was wrong with her brain so they gave her some medicine and everything is fine now.

  9. I had the same problem. Have you started your period yet? If not than that might just do the trick....once it comes you just have better night time bladdar control.

    If you have started your period than mark when your period starts in line with when you wet the bed. You might find that you wet the bed the week before your period and if that is the case than just know that you need to be more aware that week.
