I am 15 years old and im currently 115 playing football i need to gain a good 30 pounds ?

I bench only 110 squat 145 and power clean 95 pounds

any supplement for weight gain other than creatine is good for me

    And simply eat more calories than you burn.


  2. whey portein, buy it at walmart or gnc for like $37 for 5lbs. take a glass like 10 min after you lift. and make sure to get lots of carbs and protein in your diet, like fish, peanut butter, eggs ect. it will help you gain muscle and weight faster

  7. Protein Protein Protein.  But make sure you keep a close eye on your teeth if you neglect all the other vital nutrients.  It's too complex to try and explain on here.  But trust me.  :)

    Work out with heavy weights and short reps.  Not light weights with multiple multiple reps.  You want to tear your muscle so it grows back layer after layer after layer.  Heavy weights with short sessions will get you more bulk.  Nancy boy weight will multiple reps will get you strength.  So you have to choose what you want.  Weight and bulk?  or lean and

    strong?

    Rarely in life can you have both.

    Just make sure while tinkering with the weights that you don't over extend your arms and strain your ligaments and tendons.  Then you won't be any good to anyone.  Use proper form!!  Remember the guy who was curling 100 pounds the other day?  The guy who was yanking down 350 pounds for his lats the other day?  It's been 3 weeks since you seen them right?  Know why?  Cuz they hurt themselves trying to show off, and now they are fugged up and no good to anyone.  They can probably barely wipe their own **** about now.  LOL.. so don't try to show off.  Be strong, be curtious, be cautious, be a MAN!  :)

    You'll mature, you will fill out, you'll be just nice.  Pick one sport you are a natural at.  Stay with it, be a master of ONE.  Not a master of none.  Kid's who play multiple sports most times amount to nothing.  Kid's who play one sport.  Concentrate on that sport.  Dominate that sport.  They go somewhere.  Pick a sport that pays.  Football, or baseball.  :)

  8. Watch out for creatine, it can really mess with your hormones. Try eating more meats, pasta, and dairy. Try to stay away from junk food because you do not want fat just muscle. Continue to workout, with the weights and get plenty of relaxation at night so your body can heel. Every time you workout lifting weight your basically tearing your muscles, and they need time to heal too. Hope this helps!
