check out www.yeaaunited.ning.com.  There is a kid that is 16 that is working on developing a summer program for teens and he is looking for kids to join.  He is talking to and looking for churches across America to sponsor the program and mentor the kids called Young Entrepreneurs Across America.  Our company has offered them a contract when they get the churches to sponsor and mentor, just to make sure the kids are under adult supervision.
