  1. Too much weight to lose in too short a time frame and still be healthy about it.  Keep it simple, eat a little less especially the starches and exercise consistently.  Your figures show that you are probably in pretty good condition already so it's possible that when you tone up your weight won't change much because muscle weighs more than fat.  Just work out on a consistent basis my friend.  You may not lose a bunch but at your height you don't have to.  You'll be surprised to see how well you play when your body is fit from a consistent workout routine.


  2. k well your nuts if you are that tall and that wieght... and droping that much wieght in only 2 weeks... try that much in 2 months... your tall... i wiegh 152 and 5'7'' and a hald power hitter... im guessing you might be a middle... or right side... depending on how tall the rest of your team is... but sweetie ppl think i weigh 10 pounds lighter then i am because of my muscel mass... from v ball i have gained alot keep playing v ball and eat very healthy... not little amounts... but healthy food.... and you dont have anythign to worry about... plus its summer... most ppl do alot more exercise in the summer then the winter... and cause of heat dont eat as much... keep playing v ball

  3. kay well you won't lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks..you will only if you don't eat and please don't do that. losing weight takes a while, unless your on a good healthy diet. start out eating fruits and vegetables along with good vitamins and limited carbs. try excersising at the gym..but sorry 2 weeks is too short. some volleyball players are still good even if theyr bigger..and anyways, 158 isn't big!! espcially at 5'10. so don't worry =]

  4. well...u have to exercise very hard...(but dont hurt urself)...eat right...(but dont starve urself)...and cut fat & fast food...and sugars and sweets...eat lots of veggies and salad...and drink water...if u would rather drink Gatorade or Powerade that is fine to.  but no matter what dont look at fat burning pills or drugs...I MEAN IT...THEY ARE VERY BAD FOR YA!* they raise blood pressure, what many of them do will keep u from eating and make u feel full when ur really not! so u are starving urself w.out even knowing it.  good luck* hope i helped.

  5. Easy! boot camp,exercises,and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from soda, and if its practical get a tae bo video. Good luck!!!

  7. Are you nuts why would you want to at 5'10.That is to much.dont do anything but try and tone up if that at all.You have to long to worry about 10 pounds at 15.

    Stay away from fat burners and anything to cause higher heart rate while doing the sport.If you do take do it during down time to keep your meta up.

  8. If you keep practicing, you'll get better, and you might drop a few pounds. You are very lucky that you're so tall because you can easily jump, block, etc. So just keep practicing and you'll get better and better believe me!
