I don't eat any kinds of meat. I also eat as less sugar as possible ( no cakes, no biscuits, no chesses, no butter, no spaghetti, no bread, no fried-grill-roasted-toasted foods) and I eat a lot of fruit ( apple, pear, orange, plum,..) I don't drink any drinks but water. I feel I am very fat, everyone says that. How shout I do?

  1. You are no where near fat but it sounds like you may be bloated. Maybe you're eating the wrong mix of fruit. You can't eat dried and fresh food together because it causes bloating (That's what my personal trainer taught me)

    Good luck!

  2. If you're 5'0 you should weigh around 100 pounds.

    a pound = 2.2kg

For every inch add 5 pounds. So if you're 5'2 (which I think is 158cm) you should weigh 110 which puts you at perfect. This is only a guide line though, 5 pounds under or over the rule depending on your body type.

I would say you are fine, but all bodies are shaped differently. Veggies are a good way to go and also lean chicken or turkey because its low in calories and gives you more energy to burn weight.

Maybe you just want to tone... going to the gym might be a good idea. A fast way to burn fat is by running (i've never seen a fat runner, have you?) If you don't like to run, walking a good way to go too.

    Hope it helps (:
