I am 16 and i have an enlarged Prostate?

i am not sexual active and i dont drink ive been to the doctor but my pain is so bad i dont want to tell my mom cuz i think she will get upset cuz we have been to the hospital 4 times

When our bodies are not behaving themselves doing nothing about it isn't an option.  You must explain what you are feeling and get help.  It is very rare for problems to go away - you must get help.  Explaining what you are feeling is the best way to get the right treatment.

It is unlikely that a 16 year old has an enlarged prostate.  This is something that a doctor should diagnose.

I'm not trying to be rude, but is it possible that your mom is upset because you might be a hypochondriac?
