  1. at 16 you are legally allowed to work, good on you for wanting to get a job and do something with your life. You could always work in a clothes shop, they're always looking for weekend workers.Your guidance teacher at school should be able to advise you on what hours you can legally work as some companies try and bend the rules slightly and take advantage of the younger staff. I'm sure your parents are very proud of you.

  2. Yes, you can get a job.

Where?  Wherever will hire you!  Obvious places are retail stores, fast food places, cinemas, all the boring places like that ... where do your friends work?

What hours?  See the link below for the full laws regarding this.  Realistically though, however many hours you're allowed to work by law, if you're a full-time student you will struggle to work more than ten hours per week.  It can be done, but not without compromising study time or extracurricular activities.

  3. Yes you can get a job in certain places, supermarket checkout staff, some high street shops like topshop and Woolworth's. Really you should only look to work a few hours over the weekend, anymore and it might affect the time you have for homework and studying for exams.
