I am 16 and i need a job for the summer...!!!?

This summer i am desperately in need of a job and i have many problems such as transportation, and simply getting hired. I would like a job that is slow and easy to keep up with. I live in Dixie Inn, Louisiana and all there is around here is Liquor stores Nickey's, Family Dollar, Huddle House, and a gas station. What do i do???

Put an ad in the paper to be a dog walker/babysitter/house sitter. Those are great part-time summer jobs.

Any retail stores?

Working in clothing stores is a great summer job for teens and you usually get discounts.

Also, maybe at an animal shelter?

well, get a job at one of those places or get like a babysitting job or dog walking, thats wat im going to try to do this summer and im only 12 well going to be 13 this summer!!!!

You can do a magazine fundraiser with my company, what that is, is that you have my company’s catalog, and sell the stuff in it to people, in return you make a profit of 35-45% . Well, talk to your parents about it since its up to them a little bit.
