  1. You can use edsoup.Just sign up. Let them find you. It's easy and free.

  2. Here in New Hampshire are many Universities that welcome students from other countries.

But an advice... if you come here, do it legally, if you do it illegally you could be arrested and deported.

  3. There is very little financial aid available for foreign students, so cost is usually the most difficult part for international students. US schools are much more expensive than UK schools, they ill cost you between $25,000-$50,000 US dollars for each of 4 years. The scholarships that are available go to very top students and star athletes.

For those not wealthy enough to afford a US college, graduate school is a better possibility. For those you often get teaching assistantships and fellowships which pay for everything.

  4. your college experience can either be a time of enlightment of a time to party...you get to choose but let me tell you it will be the most amazing 4 years of your life...if you qualify you can apply for financial aid which will entitle you to financial help from the government to go towards college. If you get a loan you will have to pay it back, usually 6 months after you graduate. You can fill out the FAFSA application  (due march 2 every year) or talk to a councelor. you can also apply for scholarships and grants which you do not have to pay back. most of them range from 100-1000 dollars....as for the living arrangement you can pay for room and board which allows you to stay at a dorm. its pretty much a huge hotel for college students. there are also apartments you can rent which unless you're parents are rich you probably wont be able to afford on your own so you will most likely have to get some roommates. This will be the first time you'll be expected to be completely independent so you willl have to take the initiative in pretty much evetything...mommy and daddy wont be there to tell you what to do or help you out

choosing the right college is very important. you should look into colleges that fit you best. you may want to consider the size of the school (some people want small colleges like mt. saint mary's or big colleges like UCLA) keep in mind that the larget the school is the larger the classes will be and the less one on one time you will get with our proffessor. you also want to consider location. Some people want colleges in small towns while others want colleges in big cities. the closer it is to the city the more amenities you will have at your disposal. But most importantly you want to make your you look for colleges that offer your major. so for example if you want to be an architect you would look into Cal Poly Pomona not Mt. St Mary's because Cal Poly has a better architecure program (probably the best in the country) Not all colleges offer the same majors so make sure they offer the one you want.

    GOOD LUCK!!!

  5. I'd say it all depends which school you want to go to. You could live at college in a dorm for some additional money. I suggest you go to www.collegeboard.com for answers and recommended colleges depending on what you want to do and where you want to live.  Financial aid or scholarships are available as long as your family has a low income or if you preform well in school
