i have never done one, but would consider myself in okay shape. i wanted to start training and build endurance, but have no knowledge on what i should be doing. if you could, please help me to get a schedule on which days i should be doing what and how many miles/minutes etc.
i would say swimming is my weakest cas i dont swim except for fun. otherwise i have no knowledge on what i should be doing.
also please help me to know what a healthy diet would be im not overweight and not looking to loose weight id just like to know what would be benefiting my body if i am going to be running swiming or biking each day. also what i should be drinking while training and what i should be eating before and after training
