I don't always have the same type of headaches. Sometimes it is a dull pain in the back of my head and it feels like my head is being crushed. Other times it feels as though my brain is moving around in my head, and it throbs based on what way I move my head. At least once a week, I get a usually minor migraine with sensitivity to light. There has not been a single day when I have not had a headache from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. I also get dizziness and fainting spells, but I think that might be because I have low blood pressure (it is usually about 100/50). I drink enough water, and I eat enough. Also, ever since I had the flu earlier this year, I have had pain in my eyes when I look to the side, and when I close my eyes, I see blinking lights in the corners of my eyes.

  1. i ahd the same thing, except, you are tolerating them for 3 years, i was fainting within a week and couldnt even keep my eyes open. i wished i was dead.  it could be fibrous displaysia on your optic nerve, have you had any blurriness in your vision?

this is serious, more and more people i hear are having this same problem and it almost always turns out to be  extremely serious

i had to have surgery on my left optic nerve (last yr when i was 15)and the headaches went away, so did the blurriness.

i went from an optometrist to an opthamologist and finally she diagnosed me and i need an optic nerve decompression surgery. i did see a neurologist and a neuro-opthamalogist, also.

    dont ignore the symptoms!

  2. Maybe you need glasses?

  3. well you should ask yourself, what am I usually doing when these headaches set on?I seem to have the same issue and so far I have been able to not get as many headaches since I got glasses.I also have dizziness and fainting quite often, but since I don't have insurance I have not gone to the doctor so I don't know exactly what causes it.I'd say talk to your doctor, and get your eyes checked also.

  4. The killer sugar table sugar can cause headaches, migraines and dizziness and sweet foods that are loaded with white sugar or refined sugar include desserts, cakes, cookies, biscuits, chocolate, ice cream and many others.  See items 71 and 88 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm .

  5. My brother had the same thing, his was allergies. Maybe look into that option.

  6. Go to a doctor who specializes in headaches, like a neurologist.

Migraines are often caused by fluctuations in blood flow in the brain.  You probably need to get on some medicine to regulate your blood pressure if you want to fix this.

  7. You need to see a doctor for this, it could be migraines but it could be something more serious too.  They make medicine for migraines if that is what it is
