I am 16 years old and i let an unlicensed driver to drive. what are my consequecenses going to be with the law

i let my boyfriend drive my car and he got caught with the police and now i have to go to court. what is going to happen?

same happened to me.   it's called "permitting a violation".  probation for 6 months is what i got.  but they can take your license away.  they will ask you why they shouldn't do that.  if you work, use that as an excuse

there most likely be a fine and possible delaying his time of when he can get his drivers license

You will be facing a fine as well as you loosing your license not to mention what will happen if the insurance company finds out, they might drop you.
