Yes, as long as you can drive a normal car.... some course dont mind any age driving the carts!.... its quite simple!!

If the laws in New Jersey regarding driving are anything like Connecticut law, one must have a valid driver's license and be 18 before he is permitted to drive a golf cart. This is due to liability in the event of an accident.
