  1. Other than physical appearance weight affects a person in many ways. This could be the overall quality of life, self-esteem, depression, health risks, and physical incapabilities. There are a lot of positive changes once a person experience weight loss. It is for this reason why a lot of people are searching for a weight loss technique that will surely trim down those fats and get a super slim head turner body.

The first thing that an over-weight should do is seek a doctor to recommend the best weight loss regimen. This will be done after a full physical examination, which leads to the determination of proper weight loss technique. And to lose weight fast and effectively four aspects of life should be changed: what to eat, how to eat, behavior and activity level.

Here are fast tips that can change an over-weight's life:

First: Fast weight loss composes of a multi-faceted technique that consists mindset, exercise, and in other cases, diet supplements. Begin by learning a diet food plan that can easily be accustomed with. Incorporate an exercise plan that allows even at least fifteen minutes a day like brisk walking, running, swimming, and dancing.

Second: Set realistic approaches. The ability to focus and have proper mindset enables someone on a diet to quickly lose those extra pounds. With discipline and proper mind set, a dieter will never be discouraged and lose focus.

Third: Listen as the body speaks. Each and everyone's body metabolism reacts differently to different fast weight loss programs and plans. Try substituting one program for another to compensate the body's reaction. Exercise program must be suitable to one's body, as others are not able to exercise as rigorously as others can. If walking is all that can be done, then walk for this is proven the best exercise. Muscles burn more calories than fats so it's also best to put on a little muscle and looking good too.

Fourth: Eat more fibers for it makes a person full sooner and stays in the tummy longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. A single serving of whole grain bread moves fat through the digestive system faster. Grains turn into blood sugar that spikes the body's insulin level. Thus, making the body more energized and ready to tell the body when it should stop burning fats or start storing.

Fifth: Keep away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains a great amount of fat. Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, this white meat can contain more fat than when a beef is fried. It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contain less amount of fat after the food is cooked.

Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.

  2. I personally live in what you consider dieting. Its easy you can cook chicken strips for your meals with some sort of veggies for dinner, lunch a snackwrap, and breakfast probably an egg taco. then also you can tighten and retighten your stomach kinda like flexing or something. I dunno if it will work for you but for a while I tried one diet where mornings were breakfast tacos lunch was a small side salad and dinner was a big salad with chicken strips I lost 10 pds in a wk but it was baby weight from my baby. hope it helps.

  3. Why 20? that's not healthy..

  4. loosing 20 lbs at your weight is a bad decision. try gaining weight

  5. Could you please tell us how tall you are so we can answer your question correctly?

  6. lol you'll be a skeleton. don't do it.

but if your really into this you could take a look at some of the pro-anna/mia website. personally i think it's sick but i guess it takes different strokes right?

    good luck with becoming emaciated.

  7. Unless you're short, 20 lbs sounds like a bad idea. But if you want to lose weight fast and do it safely, try cutting down on saturated fats. If you look at the label, don't eat anything over 5%. You should still eat just as much as you always do though, to keep up metabolism and stay healthy. Who cares about 20 lbs if you're sick?

  8. first off are you a guy or girl? because if your a guy and want to weigh only 103 thats really.... skinny and unhealthy like the other person said.

well anyway onto the question you can do crunchies everyday that can help you tighten up your abs and lose the extra skin/fat. you can also just eat like yogurt everyday hah thats why my friends in wrestling did to lose weight.

  9. first of all... how tall are you?  because that's a perfectly normal weight for most 17 year olds... and why do you NEED to lose?

  10. I am sick of all the teens on here with eating disorders. Being underweight is unattractive and terribly unhealthy.

You need psycological help like the rest of them.

  11. how tall are you?! you're probably already underweight! I wouldn't loose anymore weight. if you want to look thinner, loose fat, gain muscle.

  12. C'mon now you are 17 years old, please stop and think on what your doing. Why would need to lose 20 pounds? Thats too much.

  13. umm losing 20 llbs in 3 months isn't really good...try aiming for maybe 10-14 llbs in 3 months, meaning u don't lower food intake-meaning calories, just eat healthier foods with lots of protein n vitamins, n just work out more, there isn't rlly a "diet plan" to help lose weight, but a good hr to 2hr workout-usually helps if u pick up a school sport, i prtty much do a yr round sport to keep me in shape, but in terms of suggesting a diet plan, a nutritionist would help u better than i could

  14. 20? i dont think thats healthy either. why dont u exercise n tone up instead? and eat healthier too...

  15. 103 pounds is OK for 5'1".  Just do it slowly.  Keep a food and exercise diary, and try to limit your calories to 1300 a day.  You'll be hungry.  Try to find low cal snacks like strawberries or frozen fruit pops to eat when you get hungry so it's not so bad.  I'm trying to lose my quitting smoking weight, and I've been doing this for about three months, and have lost about three pounds.  So, it's slow going.  But I feel like it'll stay off, since it isn't just water weight, etc.
