I am 17 years old and my voice isnt even deep why is that? I am not sure if i am done with puberty i do have hair down there and i did *** before.

people mature at different ages.

then again you may just not get a deep voice, which is fine =]

You could have short vocal chords.  Lots of top singers have high voices.  Use what you got.  Who knows you might become the next Michael   Jackson, or Geroge Harrison, etc

Sounds lik a late bloomer 2 me, but its ok, my cousin didnt hit puberty until he was 23
