  1. I wouldn't worry too much about increasing your appetite too much loss of appetite in some people is normal in the first few months due to nausea and vomiting.   As long as you are taking your prenatal your baby will get enough that.  You can try increasing with a meal replacement drink if you are worried about your ababy like ensure or tell your doctor that your having problems eating and they can usually help you out.

  2. The baby is still fairly small and is only taking a tiny bit of what your eating.  You don't need to have a huge appetite.  It'll come back to you pretty soon.  If your body isn't saying it's hungry then dont worry about it.  Your body will let you know if you're not getting enough.

  3. trust me...itll come to you!

dont force yourself either...just make sure that when you DO eat its a healthy meal or heck...if your losing lots of weight id say eat on whatever your tummy wants and your baby accepts. soon your belly will be asking for more and thats when you should begin a healthy pregnancy diet : )

    GOOD LUCK

  4. With my first pregnancy, I felt nauseous for several months, and if I didn't eat right when I was hungry, then I felt so bad I couldn't eat.

    Also, smells bothered me.

I would say to eat what you crave (food, obviously) and hopefully that will include some healthy things.

You are probably taking prenatal vitamins, so you should be good.

  5. i never really had an appetite thoughout my whole pregnancy...in the beginning i was to sick to eat, in the middle i just didnt have an appetite, and at the end the baby was mashing my stomach so i had no room to eat.

you cant really IMPROVE your appetite, you just sort of have to force yourself to eat throughout the day and make sure your getting fruits, veggies, diary, some whole grains and meats.

  6. This is completely normal. Your stomach and all your organs are all cramped up which can temporarily hinder your hunger. Don't overeat or try to increase your appetite. One of these days your appetite will come back with vengeance! I woke up one day and felt like I hadn't eaten for weeks and I knew I was back to normal.
