I am 18 and i want to get rid of the cellulite which its really getting me down although im slim..pls help?

i wish to know what to eat what not to eat and what exercise should i do at the gym and if an hour a day is enough..

  1. It's trapped fats, fluids, and toxins under the skin, it is different from fat, which is a layer to cushion your bones and organs, and which is smooth.  Cellulite can start forming in young girls,  and gives the lumpy effect.  

    Its quite difficult to shift.

    But as said in other answers cardiovascular exercises is good, running, swimming, the weights will help to define the muscle and reduce the look of the cellulite.  Water, but you do not need litres of it per day!  Try to avoid too much junk type food, not too much coffee, as caffeine will stop your system getting rid of toxins.

    Massage on the area in conjunction with a good eating habits can help to break up the deposits.

    Gentle dry body brushing before your shower can also help.

    Its quite a lengthy subject, and interweaves with many things, including the amount of sugar you eat, and that's all foods that are turned into sugar quickly, not just straight forward sugar.

  2. creams which claim to get rid of cellulite do not work! sadly, 90% of women suffer cellulite....

    ive found the best way to reduce the appearance of cellulite is to use a loofah...go round in a circular motion over the affected areas each time you shower

Cardio Cardio Cardio!  Do an hour of cardio three days a week and lift weights one-two.  This will help your muscle to grow, expand, and the appearance of cellulite to be reduced.  I tried all of those cellulite creams and they didn't work at all so I wouldn't waste my money.  Also drink a lot of water and flush your system.  This always helps my skin look better and when my skin looks better cellulite looks less visible.  Do squats also.  I don't overdo it because I don't want to bulk out but I do like two sets of 10 of two different types and this helps keep my butt toned as well.  Avoid fatty foods such as fast food and try to keep your diet full of fruits and veggies as this keeps your body flushed.  Hope this helps!  Don't get down, most everybody has it, some people are just rich enough to get the treatments to get rid of it!

  7. A balanced diet, drinking plenty of water, and a good exercise program designed to improve muscle tone can help reduce cellulite or eliminate it. when you are takinga shower grab a lotion( like that Nivea) and rub it and massage it for a while.

  8. ok well keep up the excersize and everything but i read that sometimes the fittest of people get cellulite. by yourself some exfoliating gloves and just use them over the cellulite in circular motions, repeat this daily? x
