  1. You can't.  UN Peacekeeping troops are supplied by member nations, so you have to be a member of your own nation's regular armed forces, then would have to be in that particular unit that is assigned to do UN Peacekeeping.

However, there is no designated "this unit will be doing UN Peacekeeping" unit.

  2. You might want to consider joining the French Foreign Legion.  They have participated in UN peacekeeping operations.  Contact a French Foreign Legion recruiter, and ask that if you are accepted if you can be placed in a unit serving under the UN.

    Good Luck.

  3. you cannot opt for un peacekeeping force. u have to join army, become a regular army officer and then wait for your chance to be trasnferred to a unit which will be sent to another country when un peacekeeping forces are required.  there is no way u can be recrouted directly for peace keep forces. for example if some forces is to be sent from India,it is the Indian Ministry of Defence decides which unit has to go. it is not in the hand of invidiuals like you and me.
