  1. Get a body pillow. One that you can just wrap your entire body around when you are sleeping on your side. That generally helped me. But wait a couple weeks it just gets worse and worse and worse the bigger you get. I had the same issues and never got any sleep.

  2. I've got one of those body pillows, or just put a pillow under your bump when lying on side and between your legs.  Hope that helps

  3. i've been using a body pillow, but still manage to not be comfy.

I think it's worse when you have broken sleep too!

my other half has managed to get hold of some pieces of foam

  4. im not pregnant but i have a bad back so i put a pillow inbetween my legs and i lay on my side with a pillow or blanket behind my back : )

  5. I am 22 weeks and have had this problem from an early stage unfortunately  it doesn't get any easier SORRY! My suggestion is a warm relaxing bath before hand to relax your body, a hot chocolate and the body pillow. Basically relax your whole body before going to bed so you go off to sleep quicker.

    Congratulations

  6. gosh i know the feeling im almost 19 wks, body pillows are good, my hubbie gives me a massage at night to that helps to relax me. also sounds silly but a cup of hoilics really helps me too.

  7. Yeah I had that too. A warm drink helps, try to get as relaxed as possible and maybe use a pillow to support your bump. Burn a little bit of lavender oil but just a little bit.

Even if you cant sleep just lie down and relax! Good luck  :)

  8. a couple of drops of lavender oil on your pillow will help and some horlics before you go to bed is a nice drink to help you wind down. make sure your room is dark enough and if you have to kick your partner out of bed just do it. you are carrying his child after all

  9. See above. You won't get much sleep after the baby comes either. Suggest you try to fit in cat-naps. I could sleep sitting upright on the couch!
