but my life is getting nightmare,my parents are satisfied with what i had done but i am not, sometimes i want like drowning me..

i cant discuss my problem with my parents as they are far and it will make them anxious..

  1. You could try a herbal remedy called Valerian to help you to sleep. It is a completely natural remedy and should help you a lot. I admire your perseverance and tenacity. Get good quality sleep and all should go better for you. Best wishes and kind regards. UK

  2. School is less important than your personal health.  If your parents are happy with your lack of good health and healthy sleeping habits because you are doing ok in School, than your parents might have the wrong priority in mind.

I suggest having realistic expectations and setting a goal plan and a study plan that lets you study in a way that lets you get enough nourishing sleep.  It is better to be homeless and healthy than rich and sick.

I suggest searching the Internet for stress, hypertension, anxiety, and good study habits.

Your headaches are probably caused from lack of sleep or stress or both.

Drink plenty of water if it possible.

  3. It sounds like you are putting yourself under a lot of stress and pressure to do well. Perhaps you are even getting burned out, so take a break from your studies for a few days and do some things to take your mind off of things. That way when you go back to your studies, you'll feel refreshed and relaxed.
