i am 2 time reject in usa visa intearvu in mumbai i time on24 march and 2time 3 may i give interveu in gujarati i cant undarstand why offisar reject me i have done heart oprestion and usa visit my lifes last disir and i need visa only for 25 days and i will come back to my home

Unfortunately, you have not been able to present your circumstances to the Consular officers in such a way as to allow them to deem you to be eligible for a visa.  Unless your circumstances change considerably, it is unlikely that further application will do you any good.  Do not dwell on this, but rather, look elsewhere for opportunities that you would enjoy.
