I am 20, to late to compete in swimming?

I've signed up for swimming lessons, I enjoy swimming and are very motivated. I wonder if I am to old?

No you are not too old.  You need to look for a master's program.

ever hear of Dara Torres??? Won a couple silvers at the olympics and she's 41. So seeing that she's twice your age I would say you have a fair shot. ; )

Not too old to compete.  Maybe too old to start training.

But you might get to be the fastest swimmer in the neighborhood pool.  Win some bets, perhaps.  Go for it.

you're never too old to start swimming. look at dara torres! shes 40 and she won 3 silver medals this olympics.
