  1. Yes, you need to make sure there is not nerve or disc damage.  It is not uncommon in women who have had children and have had an epidural during labor and delivery.  Unfotunately, as mom's we tend to overdue, carrying the child(ren) and diaper bag along with our purses when we are out.  Or carrying the child(ren) along with a laundry basket at home.  Most women carry children on their hip which can misalign the spinal cord.  There can be multiple factors, Seek assistance before it gets out of hand and you are unable to do something about it.

  2. yes you need an MRI to see in depth what is causing you to suffer you should not have to go on like this so get with an orthopedic dr ASAP they will look in to it this souds serious esp.if you have had it at 11 mths old! please set up the apt tomorrow ! good luck

  3. Go to a chiropractor. They will definitely be able to tell you what is wrong, because they specifically work with the muscles and bones in the back (and other parts of the body too, naturally). But I can't tell you how many of my friends have gone to "see what is wrong" and left with their backs feeling amazing. Feel better!

  4. I have croinc back pain 24/7 and have tken every test under the sun to no avail i take percription pain killers and have a series of shots in my back everyt three months "Pain bock" and that does'nt help much either.

If i were you i would see a Chiropractor befor i seen a medical doctor because your so young to be haveing this problem.

  5. Check with your Dr.

Another thing you can do is to go to a Chiropractor.

Make sure it's not a crack and pop one, but a "gentle" Chiropractor that uses an accelerator machine,.

  6. Pinched nerves sounds likely. Try some gentle stretching exercises such as pilates or yoga but first consult your family doctor for a physical and visit a chiropractor for several gentle treatments. Talk to him/her about the stretching exercises you want to do. You will need to know which areas to focus on that will do you the most good. Remember to take it slow. I received the most healing from yoga with an instructor who knew the benefit I was looking for.
