Even if you are 10 years older than what you are, it depends on how you know the powers that be (pawars that be) in cricket.

Yes, I am sure you can start playing at 20. Find a local club in your area, and see if you can take crciket coaching courses there.

Yes you can play cricket when you are 20. At my cricket club the oldest player is 52. You are still young and could easily pick up the sport just go and find your local cricket club and ask them if you can train with them
