I never put on make up and i want to but iam not sure what kind of make up to buy and how to apply eye makeup like the pics below the first 1 is me

I would try cover girl.

At first, just use black lash blast mascara. You coat your lashes, apply in the direction they grow. It's fairly easy, just practice a bit.

Maybe some shimmery gold eyeshadow, looks great with any kind of eye.
