I am 21 weeks. Why does my baby move more after I eat? even more if its something sweet?

Um.. .i have no idea but my baby does the same thing every stinkin time!! they like food i guess!! They know when we are eating because it passes to them too thats what i think.. im gonna ask my gyno today why that is.. i wonder the same thing

Because when you eat, he eats!  The sugars, protein, etc give baby an extra boost!

the same reason you have more energy after you eat....

you are giving your baby nutrients when you eat.... so eat healthy and take your prenatal vitamins....

thats what even i feel...my baby moves a lot after i have my food...i dunno why but may be thats make it happy...lol...but its amazing how it loves food...:-P

because when you eat the baby eats too, and you know little kids liked candies, chocolates and those sweet stuff so much, maybe it happens since they're still babies. prove: your baby moves when you give sth sweet, tell me if later your child likes those sweet thingsnso much...

Because all the goodness out of the food you eat will go into your blood, pass through the placenta and into baby. Giving him lots of energy to move and kick you for a bit lol.

When you eat the baby eats...Just like you like your sweets so does the baby...We all get more energy after eating...
