I am 21 year old and my weight is 78Kgs and height 5'7".

I want to reduce my weight.

I am fat and I have belly projecting outside at my age?

Please help me... How to reduce fat around my stomach...

  3. having an height of 5.7 feet 78 kgs weight is really a menance for you. First of all check are you havign any health disorders like, Blood pressure, Diabetic type 1 or 2 and thyroid malfunctioning. Are your parents are obesse [ i mean any heriditary]. If you have any health disorder go for immediate treatment. If not, Control your diet in such a manner : have less calories, less fat , more fibre. Take your diet in frequent intervals and less quantities. Take plenty of water, have your bowel movements in tact. Moderate excercise, brisk walking for 30 min. a day in freash air,  jaggiing 10 to 15 min. in early hours of  day and avoid vehicle for simple purposes, use whenever  bear necessity.

    Diet: avoid sugar, salt, oil content. Use fresh raw vegetable as much as you can.Avoid junk food, carborated drinks, sleeping in day time that too particularly immediately after food, late night wakeups.

  4. Change in lifestyle, eating habits and doing regular exercises/ yoga will control your blood pressure. First of all you do ten sun solutions but if you feel pain in heels has been more then stop it and lye down on floor or hard bed and make zero by rotating your both the legs in clock wise and anti-clockwise direction and do Urdhvahastottanasana Ek Pad Utanasana and Pawan mukta asanas. Stop taking junk and spicy food, deep-fry food, processed food, ice cream, high fat diets chocolates, sweets, wafers and high carbohydrate food like potatoes, rice and pasta as these items lose nutrition balance and causes deposition of excess fat on body. Eating too much than the required amount of dietary intake may also cause obesity.

  6. ya..first you measure your height in Cm. If you female u subtract 100 from your height.for exam you have 156,u will get 56 after you subtract 100 from your height.then u multtiple in to .9(56 * .9)=50.4,this is your weight.it may be 4 kg is adjustable.if male just subtract by 100 only from ur height.thats all....
