Well firstly when you are born your f******n is stuck to your glans with smegma. Chances are, if you have never pulled yours back to reveal your glans, then it still is stuck with smegma. The second "issue" is likely to be a tight f******n.. so stretching it (away from your glans) is likely to help with this.

In the shower every day.. stretch your f******n (works best when flaccid) for a few minutes,... and then try to pull your f******n back behind your glans ..... take it easy... not too harsh and wash with mild soap... you could also use olive oil for this part (but not in the shower). Eventually the smegma will soften up and little by little you will reveal your glans. This might take a few months.. but there is no need to rush or be afraid.
