I am 23, male, 5 feet 1, 51kg. How can I build more muscles?

How often do I need to hit the gym? How often do I need to work out in order to have a great body ( nice biceps, triceps, broader shoulders, nive chest muscles ) ? How long do I need to stay in the gym each time?

If I work out 3 times per week, how long does it take to notice that there are more muscles in my body?

What do I need to beware of in my daily meal? Eats lots of protein-rich food?

I've never worked out in a regular basis . Should I hire a personal trainer to guide me ?

  1. You probably need to hit the gym about 4-5 times a week. Do about one and a half hours in the gym and make sure to start off on the treadmill for ten minutes to get your blood pumping, then hit the weights. You don't notice there are muscles in your body, you just see them once they are there. They will probably arrive maybe 3 weeks into the workout program. EAT ALL THE PROTEIN YOU FIND. I suggest you drink a protein shake after your work out every time you work out. LOTS OF CHICKEN AND SOY. no need for a personal trainer. just make you own plan. Its up to you to surf the web and find out the different routines that are right for you. If you are too lazy to do that, then find a personal trainer. GOOD LUCK
