i cant believe you are asking that! the answer in case you really don't know is yes, yes, yes......besides even if he didn't see you that way, just by mentioning it you are putting ideas into his head which i think you shouldn't.    

picture this, if it were you , expecting some guys triplets, would you want some girl messing with your man? I'm also a christian and the bible that i read says do unto others what you want to be done unto you. i think you should also acknowledge the fact that your relationship is doomed from the word go.

No, why would you be wrong for ruining the life of the father of 3 unborn babies ? I mean you fancy him right? Then it should just be whatever is good for you....don't worry about the kids they'll be fine and their Mom too!
