OMG... I know how you feel! I couldn't get my Dr. to give me a month just  weeks...so annoying.  My hubby and I argued back and forth then I started reading "what to expect when your expecting" and it kinda helped.  I know now that I am 9 months. Today is my due date and I am waiting, and waiting.  Good luck

since there are generally 4 weeks in every month i would say just divide 23 by 4 which would be 5 months 3 weeks.
