  2. If you want muscle buy weight gainer. Its very high in protein and if you lift you will get good results. When i was in high school, for wrestling, I went from 103 pounds to 160 mostly muscle.

  3. i was 20years old and weighed 47kgs but it was because i went clubbing two nights on the weekends and danced my butt of until 5 in the morning and was hung over too much the next day to eat and that happened all the time until i feel pregnant with daughter and settled down.if your really worried about it go to your doctor or the chemist and ask them how you should go about putting more weight on, eating potatoes and eggs are suppose to help with that as well

  4. iam same age of you i weight 65 kgs but iam very short

    eat rice +bread +macaroni ....dont try gain weight from sweets

    cause sugar sag the skin ..  but  very important to eat vegetables & friuts ..especially if you girl you need iron Fe.+ Ca.+vitemene.

    and try lift weight to build muscles.
