I am 25 & everyday about 4< times a day some times more some times less i have urine leakage. what can i do?

I have had bladder control problems since i was a teenager. Sometimes it was full out loss of control and sometimes like now its a small amount of urine . I have 3 children and i am wondering if that has something to do with it. Regardless some days are better then others but the problem is never gone does anyone have any in site this or something similar?

Kegel exercises help with urine incontinence and regaining vaginal tone after childbirth. Look them up to find out how to do them properly.

You need to see your doctor or a Urologist, you are too young to have that problem.

Having three children definitely can be the cause.  I have sent you one site to look at..but do see your doctor or gynecologist..it&#039;s a very common problem and can be taken care of.  Some women have surgery others choose different methods.  You don&#039;t have to live with this...I have friends that have had this happen..one had surgery the other takes medication...Good Luck and hope this helps..

See your doctor.  Preferably a urologist.  They make medications for this problem, and yes, having had children can make it worse.  Good luck.
