First things first, talk to your doctor. I'm assuming you're already using the eltroxin to stimulate production of TSH. You may want to double check that you're using an appropriate titration. Aside from medical intervention, same rules apply; good diet, consistant exercise...and it can't hurt to play hockey ;)
