  1. fat? easy, just eat more than u normally do

    muscle? ur body can only gain 1 pound of muscle a week (max), therefore if u follow a good plan u can only gain 8 pounds of muscle in that time, any other weight will be water, fat, etc. so......i guess workout 3-5 times a week and eat lots of clean food

  4. the best way to gain weight is to eat more calories then you use.....keep a journal of what you eat and what your activities are...that should give you a rough estimate of what your caloric intake should be if you want to gain weight.  Also work out cause muscle weighs more than fat.  

  5. I had trouble gaining weight myself. I use to weigh like 210 pounds and I lift wights back then and I am 5'11''. I wanted to bring my weight up to 240. When I turned 30 my motabalism must of slowed down or something and I made it to 255 in like 4 months. but now I lost most of that weight and I got back into weight training and cardio and down to 228. but It might have been my matabalism slowing down to do with it cause I can eat alot and not even gain any weight. But try pizza and a lot of red meat like steak. Even throw in a block or 2 of Mozzerela cheese Thats what I mostly ate after I was laid off from work and I gained weight like mad. But for now I am working on a new package. I need to get into shape. good luck
