I am 30 years old and all i do is wash my face with a facail wash then e45 is this enough ?

right, e45 is a good moisturiser..its gentle and should not cause u any grief. At this age in ur life, moisturiser is  most important, cos from here on in, its all down hill with wrinkles etc. Now is the time to try to control then. Have a look at really good anti-wrinkle cream. The idea of using anti-wrinkle cream is to use it before u get the wrinkles...her is a good test for u....(keepin in mind im 30 myself in october..so im worried about this myself).......

the skin urder ur eye, the part where u might be a little prone to dark circles.....gently, and i mean gently pinch it......notice how long it takes for it to retract to nice smooth skin again?..notice how long it holds that 'pinched' look for?....

well there u go, get a good eyes cream, one for day, and one for night, and apply a litle bit.....a little bit goes a long way....

and invest in a good anti-wrinkle cream...thats exactly what it is...an investment.

also, a i said earlier, the e-45 is good, but i find it to be a little bit...thin, almost watery......but its beter then nothing.......

yep definately its great that your doing anything

im 15 and thats all i do and my skins fine

im not sure was e45 is but you should make sure you definately moisture everyday so you can avoide getting wrinkles

if you wanted to do more you can always follow the simple 3 step face routine which consists of washing, toning and moisturising.

you wash to get rid of the dirt

you need to tone to get the acid level from the washing back to normal

and you moisturist to stop your skin from drying up

but it sounds like what you doing is great
