  1. Hi the only tips we stuck to was lots of love making and finding out my most fertile days using an online calculater from the babycenter.uk and just not thinking about actaully getting pregnant and enjoying trying, the first month I was we were dissapointed and I am really unhappy, but then I thought to myself it will happen when it happends and it did the next month.

    Good Luck ! Baby Dust.

  2. Get married first and live as a married couple for at least a year.  If you still can stand eachother, then enjoy a good physical and communicative relationship--massage, romance, talking nicely to eachother--that relieves stress and also increases the desire for s*x, thus more chances of pregnancy.  Lack of stress and good quality of life help with getting pregnant.  But first you should plan and prepare yourselves for raising another human being, and focus on the quality of life you plan to give the child.  Then, get familiar with your body and make sure you are healthy--don't take any medications, eat healthy, take pre-natal vitamins, and know your menstruation and ovulation cycle.

  3. Have s*x

  4. Have twice as much s*x. Double the chances

  5. Yes GET MARRIED!!! If you all can commit to having a child together you can commit TO each other.

  6. i think the best thing is to be as healthy as possible, try not to stress, work out your ovulation dates by going on somewhere like baby centre.com and if you've been Ttc over a year go to a Dr so they can reefer you to the gynaecologist so they can do some tests.

  7. Ignore the ignorance of people who think you should be married before having a child! Honestly, we do live in a age where 1 in 3 marriages end in divorce!! You can be in a loving relationship and be committed to each other without having the need to 'prove' it to everyone by putting a ring on your finger and signing a piece of paper. I feel sorry for all you of who think marriage means you are happy.

Anyway! the best thing you can do is relax, work out your most fertile days, eat well and start taking preconception vitamins and of course enjoy trying!

  8. s*x, s*x s*x SPECIALLY ON YOUR MOST FERTILE DAYS AND NEAR OVULATION DAY. IN CASE YOU DONT HAVE ANY SUCESS GO WITH YOUR OB/GYN AND SEE WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH YOU

  9. Have plenty of s*x and try not to stress too much. Also start taking folic acid, cut down on your drinking and stop smoking.

  10. Learn when you ovulate.  And NO do NOT use an online calculator.  They can cause you to miss your fertile window completely.  The best way to learn when you ovulate is to chart your basal body temperature.  http://www.fertilityfriend.com is a great site for charting, and learning how to do it.  You will need to take your temperature each morning using a special thermometer.  You will also need to learn more about cervical mucus, and what, for you, is your most fertile type.  FertilityFriend can help you learn this.

You can also use an ovulation predictor kit to predict when you will ovulate.  They are available at drugstores and cost about the same as a home pregnancy test.  If you use this, you must follow the directions very carefully, as they are confusing for a lot of women.

You should have s*x every day that you are fertile (four days beforeovulation and the day of).  Reduce that to every other day if your boyfriend has a low sperm count.

Make sure you are taking a prenatal vitamin and an additional selenium supplement, and that your boyfriend is also taking a prenatal vitamin (weird, but it has all of the right stuff!), along with selenium and zinc.  Stop smoking, drinking, and limit your caffeine.  Get plenty of sleep each night, and drink TONS of water.

    Good luck!

  11. Try going natural for a while, use ovulation kits(you can get them from your local Rite Aid, CVS,or Walgreen's). if you find that  it is working the you should see a fertility specialist and see what kind of help they can offer.

  12. Do your best to determine when you are ovulating. If you have regular cycles then determine the start of your next period and count back 14 days. 99% of women ovulate 14day BEFORE the start of their NEXT period NOT 14 days after the start of the last one. Once you figure out when your ovulating have s*x 2 days before, the day before, and the day of ovulation. Sperm can live inside a woman for 3-5 days and sometimes up to a week. The egg only survives 12-24 hours after ovulation so its best to have sperm waiting there for it. Best of luck to you!

  13. Have lots of s*x.

  14. Lose the condoms
