I have got a 14 months old daughter.Purchased a house whose emi is 18k.got another 5k in L.I.C policies pm.

  1. i assume you want 30k PM after retairement. you have to invest Rs 4000 PM


  2. When you have all this why invest in Pension funds? which you may not get to encash? before time? or due to the inflation the worth othe investment goes more 50%?  

  3. buy properties and then rent them out,better returns than pensions
