I am 33 weeks pregnant & when I walk I get a pain near my right hip?

I am 33 weeks pregnant and for the last week when I step on my right leg I get a pain near my right hip, the pain feels like a nerve is being pinched, the pain gets worse throughout the day and by the time I get to bed I can't even roll over as it's so sore, has anyone else experienced this?

I have had exactly what you've described although earlier in my pregnancy and it was caused from a disc in my back pinching a nerve. I would check with a dr or physio. Dr may be your best bet for the first point of call as they may want to rule out other things first like kidney pain. I've been treated by a physion for mine (continuing) and was amazed at how quickly she got the disc to stop pinching the nerve, however, in doing that the pain returned to the back which is a good sign but still very painful and longer lasting than the nerve pain I am still suffering the back pain and have had to cut out certain moves/postures from my routine, the physio thinks that a few weeks after the birth hopefully the pain should go away.
