As I said they are small numb spots, normally no bigger than my fingertip width. I was just wondering if anyone else had had this happen and if they know what it was. Everything has been going great except some strong contractions on and off (which they are not worried about), protein in my urine this last visit but no high blood pressure and also I had the RhoGAM shot for my A- blood.

Any help that anyone can offer would be splendid.

Thanks!!!

  1. Gravidamulti pregnancy is the medical term to have 2nd pregnancy in medicine. Your condition may also be a cause of Hyperventilation is over-breathing, which usually means that a person is taking rapid, short breaths using mainly the lungs, rather than deep slow breaths using the diaphragm. The symptoms are numbness in specific part of your body, fingers, legs, etc.

The condition is often caused by panic attacks or anxiety disorder, but it can be caused by more severe conditions.

Nursing intervention should be breathing in a brown paper bag.

If you ever hyperventilate for more than a couple of minutes you should seek medical attention immediately.

  2. i experienced numbness in my legs but never in my face.

you may be experiencing a lack of iron...smoking may cause some numbness as well i think.

i was told it is a nerve issue and to see a neurologist.

i opted the other to take iron supplements...i went to the healthfood store and got the liquid. it worked great!

    Good Luck!
