I am from Nepal, 35 years old and had completed 12 years of school and college. I have a long gap of study and I have been doing business in the gap of my study. I want to come and study in Australia with my spouse. So, in this situation can I get student visa for Australia? What kind subjects do I need to choose to get visa?

You are aware that before you apply for a student visa you must have already applied and been accepted to a university in Australia.

The program is irrelevent to getting the visa, just a program which interests you: Business, Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy, Economics, English, Math, Science... the list is endless, take a look at the university's website for the programs which it offers and see if anything sparks your interest.
