  1. No...my old best friends mom was 54 years old when she was only 11!

  2. No - you are only as old as you feel and celebrities are having babies well into their 40's, so why can't we "normal" everyday folk do the same thing?

Just be aware though, that your chances of having a child with a genetic condition are slightly higher now, than when you were 30.

  3. I don't think so.  My mother was 38 and my father was 52 when I was born, and from my perspective there were a lot of benefits to having older parents.  They had a solid relationship, they enjoyed traveling and I got to see the world from a very young age, and we did not have any money problems.  They never tried to be my "friends", I always knew they were my parents and what they expected of me.  I am now 38 and expecting my first, so obviously I chose to go down the same path.  I say go for it!!!!

  4. you are never too old for another baby,

if you feel like you both want another, then go and have another,

i am 24, my mom had her last baby when i was 18, when she was 38, when i was having my daughter, who is the same age as my brother...

    i know thatsounds weird, lol,

    but dont worry about age,

  5. No, go for it!

  6. Absolutely not but still check with your doc. My mom had me when she was 40 and my dad was 50. It was actually a little harder on me because I had to "grow up" quicker & become responsible enough to take care of them, take them to the doc, run errands, etc since I was 13 because they got older and ill. But I've had the best parents and an awesome relationship with them. I am glad I was the baby & had the privilege to care for them.

  7. Have as many as you want & can handle.

  8. Talk to your Dr. It's usually not a good idea to attempt your first after 35 without getting some tests first. Also know that your husband will be about 66 when he/she graduates high school. Weigh your options and decide. If I were in your shoes I'd go for it. But start now, right now....go....
