I am 53 and in some ways, I am very youthful. It is the mirror, time and an occasional limp, (ha-ha) that makes me aware of my age.

It is a fact, that we must age biologically, but some things are ageless in my opinion.

The heart.

The inner spirit.

The sense of humor.

The mentality that one chooses.

So, age gracefully and acknowledge it.......but don't forget to set your inner youthfulness free, until your last day on earth.
