  1. You can never tell when you are going to go into true labor. You might just be having braxton hicks contractions. But you can know for sure if you try laying on your side and drinking lots of water, if they go away then its false labor. But if you do that and it doesn't go away there's a chance that it could be true labor. Most of the time women's waters dont break on their own and have to be broken at the hospital. So I would say not to expect your waters to break. You could go into labor an hour from now or a week from now, there's no real way of telling when it will happen.

  2. yes! you are definitly going to have the baby soon! any day now..i was in labor but my water didnt break for a long time..i was at home then i went to the hospital and it took all day for my water to break. Nothing wrong with you.it perfectly normal. it will happen when the bay is ready to come out

  3. I guess we are all getting impatient at this time.. We hear of all these stories of ladies going in at 37 weeks and we are stuck with the "over due" dates.... It will come soon. Your body is getting prepared... Do some walking and warm bath (if your water hasn't broken). It may speed things up a little.. All the best and hope s/he comes soon.

  4. I would say so you are probably having very intense braxton hicks contractions but you could still be a week away.

  5. A normal gestation is 40 weeks.  You sound like you are very close.  The leaking may be urine.  With my 3rd child, I couldn't cough without leaking or peeing.  I think you need to get a hold of your doctor.  By now you should be going to appointments every week.  He/she can check you and see if you have started to dilate.  Good luck to you and congrats!

  6. Have your Ob check you for dilation at your next visit and see where your body is.  That's what I would say.

good luck.  Remember most women go 1 week past there due dates.
