  1. First of all, according to the BMI chart, you are slightly underweight - you may not need to gain fat-weight, but you do need to gain muscle-weight (which weighs more than fat).

    You can't loose weight in particular area of your body. If you loose weight, you loose generally. That means, if you like the fullness of your cheeks, but not of your thighs, and go on a diet - you'll loose in both areas, so loosing an insignificant bit of fat on your thighs, will mean loosing the fullness of your face, which makes wrinkles stand out ...

    But - there's hope: you can tone one area of your body at the gym! If you don't like your thighs, you can spend time on the thigh-machine. If you don't like your stomach, you can take up swimming or do sit-ups (you should use a special bench for this, so you do it right).

    You can't change your shoulders - not even surgically. Some seriously overweight people (we're talking 150lbs overweight) have fat shoulders as well - I take it that's not your problem ..

    I think your biggest problem is not being overweight. You're not - you shouldn't loose a pound, if you want to stay healthy.

    Maybe your body image and your exaggerated focus on your body, is just compensating for the fact that you don't like who you are - or maybe you don't really know who you are, and you can't really figure out where to go, from where you are at in life. Then it's easier to blame a small pouch of healthy fat on your belly, and focus on removing that.

    You need to look at your entire life, and the direction it's heading.

    Don't worry - you're only 21, there's time to try and fail a few more times, before it gets serious.

    You don't have to have the whole thing planned out yet - actually you NEVER have to have the whole thing planned out!!

    You don't even have to pretend you know what you're doing, and where you're heading. You'll get a lot more understanding, acceptance and support from your surroundings, if you embrace the fact that none of us really know, where life will take us :)


  2. then you can go for 800 calories of diet plan.you are excess of 2-3 kgs.so it depends upon u on how much to lose.my recommendation is go for 800 calorie if u cant then go for 1 level up thatis 1200 calorie.for dietchart information you can refer to this site
